2. Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing or using the Learning Center, you agree to these Terms. You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated collection in a way that burdens the service or violates rights, impersonate the operator, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading activity.
3. General educational content; no personalized advice
The Learning Center provides general and impersonal investor education. It does not take account of your objectives, portfolio, financial situation, experience, tax residence, citizenship, liquidity needs, legal circumstances, or risk tolerance. Nothing on the site is individualized investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
Examples, calculators, checklists, model assumptions, market references, and scenarios are educational illustrations. They are not forecasts, guarantees, trade alerts, or representations that a result is likely.
4. No offer, solicitation, brokerage, custody, or fiduciary relationship
Nothing on the Learning Center is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security or financial product, an instruction to open an account, or an undertaking to provide brokerage, custody, execution, investment-advisory, fiduciary, tax-preparation, legal, or accounting services. The site does not accept trade instructions, hold customer assets, execute securities transactions, or create a client relationship merely because content is accessed.
5. Investment and trading risk
Investing and trading involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Prices can move rapidly; liquidity can deteriorate; leverage and derivatives can magnify losses; fixed-income instruments can face interest-rate, credit, call, extension, inflation, and liquidity risks; and funds or exchange-traded products can behave differently from their benchmarks or net asset values. Past performance does not predict future results.
Review the current issuer, fund, broker, exchange, regulator, account, and product documents that govern any real transaction before acting.
6. Accuracy, timeliness, and current verification
We work to keep educational content useful, but markets, regulations, tax rules, product terms, contribution limits, exchange rules, market data, and regional availability change. Content can be corrected, revised, reorganized, or withdrawn without notice. Current official sources and governing documents control when time-sensitive facts, rules, or product terms have changed.
7. Calculators, models, and educational tools
Tools use simplified inputs and assumptions and can omit taxes, fees, spreads, slippage, currency conversion, sequence risk, legal restrictions, product-specific rules, or other real-world factors. Outputs are educational estimates and should be independently checked before being used in a financial decision.
8. Third-party content, market data, and external services
The site may link to or embed material from regulators, government agencies, exchanges, publishers, market-data vendors, chart providers, or other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, licenses, availability, and data limitations apply separately. A link, reference, or embedded service does not by itself mean endorsement, sponsorship, control, or a guarantee of accuracy or availability.
9. Email and SMS communications
When educational email or SMS programs link to this Learning Center, the separate Communications & Messaging Terms also apply. Communications are not trade alerts or individualized recommendations. Opt-out and privacy choices are described there and in the Privacy & Cookies notice.
10. International access and regional restrictions
Access from a country or region does not mean that any security, account, broker, adviser, product, or service is offered, registered, authorized, suitable, or available there. Local law can restrict marketing, account opening, investments, transfers, communications, or data processing. Review the International Investor Information and Regional Notices.
11. Intellectual property and permitted copying
Unless otherwise indicated, original text, organization, graphics, interface elements, and educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, data, images, indexes, and embedded services remain the property of their respective owners. Site access does not grant a right to scrape, republish, sell, retransmit, or redistribute protected content or licensed market data beyond what applicable law or the relevant license permits.
12. Availability, security, and technical limitations
The Learning Center may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or changed because of maintenance, networks, third-party outages, data-provider issues, browser behavior, security events, or other causes. Do not rely on this site as the sole source for time-sensitive trading, tax, legal, medical, or emergency decisions.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Learning Center and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or investment outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MINDBRIDGE BUSINESS ACADEMY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, trading or investment losses, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on educational content, third-party data, external links, service interruptions, or user decisions. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue content, tools, links, or site features. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means the revised Terms govern future use, subject to any rights that cannot be waived by contract.
16. Severability, applicable law, and mandatory rights
If a provision is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Applicable law, jurisdiction, and forum can depend on the user's location, the nature of the activity, and mandatory statutes. These Terms do not impose an arbitration agreement or class-action waiver, and they do not waive non-waivable consumer, privacy, securities, or other statutory rights.
