1. Sender identity and contact

Website: Current host
Legal and privacy contact: Contact email
2. Educational communications, not trade alerts
Messages provide general market education, links, reminders, or informational updates. They are not individualized investment advice, a trade alert, a recommendation, an instruction to transact, or a promise of performance. Market information can change after a message is sent.
3. Consent and enrollment
Where consent is required, messages are sent only after the recipient has provided the consent required for that communication or another lawful basis applies. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Enrollment records can include the address or number, date/time, source, campaign, consent language presented, and preference status so consent and later opt-out choices can be documented.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by program, market schedule, and subscriber preference. Your carrier, messaging provider, or Internet provider can charge message, data, roaming, or other fees under your own service plan. We do not control those charges.
5. SMS opt-out and revocation
You can reply STOP to opt out where reply texting is supported. For TCPA-covered automated texts, reasonable revocation methods can also include standard replies such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, and other reasonable methods that clearly communicate a desire to stop messages. We will honor applicable revocation requests as soon as practicable and, where the FCC rule applies, no later than 10 business days after receipt.
After an SMS opt-out, a single non-marketing confirmation message may be sent to confirm the request or clarify its scope where permitted. No further marketing content should be included in that confirmation.
6. Email unsubscribe
Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe mechanism when required. You may also send an unsubscribe request to Contact email. A suppression record may be retained after unsubscribe so future campaigns do not accidentally re-add the address.
For U.S. commercial email subject to the CAN-SPAM Act, an opt-out request must be honored within 10 business days. The offered Internet-based opt-out mechanism must remain capable of receiving requests for at least 30 days after the message is sent, and covered commercial email must include the sender information and valid physical postal address required by applicable law.
7. HELP, support, and preference requests
Where SMS HELP is supported, reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact Contact email for communication preferences, privacy requests, or support. Do not send passwords, brokerage credentials, payment information, or other sensitive account data by SMS or ordinary email.
8. Delivery and carrier limitations
Delivery is not guaranteed. Messages can be delayed, filtered, blocked, duplicated, or fail because of carrier rules, device settings, network conditions, spam controls, number reassignment, provider outages, or technical errors. Do not rely on email or SMS for an emergency, a time-sensitive trade, or a legally required deadline.
9. Links and third-party services
Messages can contain links to the Learning Center, Market Brief pages, preference pages, or third-party resources. Check the destination before entering information. Third-party destinations, carriers, messaging platforms, and link-delivery providers can have separate terms and privacy practices.
10. Privacy and records
Communication data can include email address or phone number, opt-in source, subscription status, delivery events, link activity where enabled, support messages, and opt-out/suppression status. See Privacy & Cookies for purposes, retention, sharing, regional rights, and privacy requests.
11. International recipients
Electronic-marketing and privacy rules differ by country. Receiving a message does not mean that an investment product or regulated service is available in the recipient's jurisdiction. Where local law imposes stricter consent, sender-identification, timing, recordkeeping, or opt-out rules, those requirements apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as communication programs, providers, or applicable requirements change. The currently published version applies when you use the Learning Center’s communication features.
