1. Region selection does not establish eligibility
A selected country, language, currency, or time zone is an informational preference. It does not mean that a security, brokerage account, adviser, product, service, promotion, or communication is legally available in that jurisdiction.
2. United States and state privacy rights
U.S. federal and state requirements can apply depending on the activity, the user's state, and statutory thresholds. Where a state privacy law applies, residents may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out, or non-discrimination. California-specific rights are summarized in the Privacy & Cookies notice. The operator's U.S. contact information is listed there.
3. EEA and United Kingdom
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, users can have rights concerning access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, and complaints to a supervisory authority. Storage/access technologies and electronic marketing can also be subject to separate ePrivacy or PECR requirements. Product-disclosure and distribution rules in the UK/EEA can differ from U.S. rules, so a U.S. educational reference should not be treated as confirmation that a product can be offered locally.
4. Singapore
Where Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies, organizations have obligations concerning notification, consent, protection, retention, transfers, and access/correction, subject to statutory exceptions. Privacy or consent-withdrawal questions can be sent to Contact email. Access to U.S. market education does not establish that a U.S. product or service is offered in Singapore.
5. Other jurisdictions
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, the Gulf states, and other jurisdictions can impose their own privacy, marketing, financial-promotion, product-distribution, tax, or consumer-protection rules. The absence of a dedicated country section does not mean that no local rule applies.
6. Translation and language
A translated interface or educational summary is provided for accessibility and comprehension. Translation does not change the legal meaning of the governing English policy text or create product eligibility. If a material difference appears, the current English legal notice should be used for interpretation unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
7. Local law and professional advice
Cross-border tax, estate, securities, privacy, and marketing questions can turn on residence, citizenship, domicile, account location, product domicile, treaty status, and local licensing. Users should verify current primary sources and obtain qualified professional advice where needed.
