Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MindBridge Business Academy collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through this website and related communications.

This policy applies to this website and direct communications with us. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy notices.

Scope and responsible entity

This Privacy Policy applies to this website, its policy pages, and information sent through the contact methods or external links identified on the site. MindBridge Business Academy is the company responsible for the practices described here, subject to the role of an independent third-party service provider under its own terms.

This policy covers information processed when a person views this website, interacts with page elements, opens an external communications link, or sends a request to the contact address. It does not override a more specific notice presented for a separate enrollment, transaction, account, or third-party service.

This Privacy Policy applies to the current domain displayed in your browser address bar, shown here as this website, together with its authorized subdomains and related landing pages operated by MindBridge Business Academy. If the authorized domain used for the same communications program changes, this policy follows the replacement domain when the page clearly identifies the same operator and program.

Sources of information

Information may come directly from a person who contacts the company or chooses to send website feedback; automatically from the browser, device, network, or page interaction when a relevant feature is active; from service providers that support website delivery, security, communications, or measurement; and from publicly available sources used for editorial research. The website does not request access to brokerage accounts, financial-account credentials, private keys, or payment-card data through ordinary contact channels.

Why information is processed

  • Provide requested information and support. Submitted contact details and message content are used to understand and answer a request.
  • Improve the website experience. Optional ratings and comments may be used to identify clarity, accessibility, content, or operational issues. Feedback is not used to enroll a person in marketing.
  • Operate and protect the site. Network and request information may support delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, fraud review, and technical security.
  • Measure content use. Page-open, communications-link selection, and invalid-link redirection events may be sent to the site measurement service for delivery reliability, security review, troubleshooting, aggregate reporting, and site-performance analysis.
  • Maintain records and resolve disputes. Relevant communications may be retained to document a request, correction, complaint, security report, or transaction.
  • Comply with applicable obligations. Information may be processed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to valid legal process.

SMS and mobile information

This website may be reached through a text message sent as part of an identified communications program. When a person affirmatively enrolls in such a program, MindBridge Business Academy may process the mobile telephone number provided, the date, time, source, and method of consent, the applicable communications name or campaign, subscription status, message-delivery information, opt-out and help requests, and limited technical information associated with links included in messages.

We use this information to deliver the communications requested, administer messaging preferences, document consent, process STOP, HELP, and related requests, maintain suppression records, prevent abuse, investigate delivery or security problems, and satisfy applicable legal, carrier, and messaging-provider requirements.

Mobile-information sharing

We do not sell mobile telephone numbers. We do not share mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose limited mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, hosting, security, analytics, and other service providers that process it on our behalf, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers may use the information only for the services they perform for us and not for their own independent marketing.

Consent to one identified SMS program does not by itself authorize unrelated messages from another brand, campaign, telephone number, email program, or WhatsApp channel.

Browser storage and privacy settings

We use limited browser storage to remember privacy choices, support required operational measurement, and maintain reliable communication-link behavior. The descriptions below explain these functions in plain language.

Service providers and external platforms

Services used by this website may include the service providers needed to deliver a requested page or link. A provider may process an IP address, request headers, page URL, widget settings, device information, event information, or contact details on behalf of the company or under the provider’s own terms.

The provider-specific roles and limits are described in Market Data & Third-Party Providers. External services may change their products and policies independently.

Disclosure and cross-border processing

Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the site or support a request; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; to a successor in a legitimate corporate transaction; or when required to respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend rights. We do not disclose passwords, private keys, or financial account credentials because users should not provide them through this website.

Providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed outside the visitor’s place of residence. Applicable contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards depend on the provider, service arrangements, and governing law.

Sale, targeted advertising, sensitive data, and automated decisions

This website is not designed to sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for targeted advertising. It does not offer a financial incentive or loyalty program in exchange for personal information.

The site is not designed to collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial-account login credentials, private keys, health information, or biometric identifiers. Do not submit such information through ordinary email or communications links.

The website does not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a person. Any automated tools used for page delivery, security, fraud prevention, measurement, or content preparation remain subject to the limitations described in these policies.

If the site’s practices materially change, this policy and the Privacy Choices page must be updated before the new practice is activated where notice or consent is required.

Retention

Browser-storage duration is described in the table above. Server-side event and communications records are retained by category for operational, security, measurement, legal, dispute-resolution, and contractual purposes. Where a fixed period is not stated, records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and are then deleted, de-identified, or aggregated when practicable. A more specific notice or written agreement controls when it states a defined period. Deletion may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping obligations.

Website feedback and related email records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review the issue, respond when requested, document material changes, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.

WhatsApp and other communication platforms

This website may provide an optional link to review or join a WhatsApp group, community, channel, or conversation. WhatsApp is an independent third-party service operated separately from MindBridge Business Academy and any communications name displayed on this website. We do not own, operate, or control WhatsApp.

When you select a WhatsApp link, your browser or device may open a website or application operated by WhatsApp. WhatsApp may process information under its own terms, privacy notices, device permissions, and account settings. Depending on the feature and settings used, an account name, telephone number, profile information, participation status, messages, reactions, or other information you choose to share may be visible to administrators, members, or other participants.

You may review the invitation before deciding whether to proceed. Participation is voluntary, and selecting a communications link does not open an investment account or authorize a financial transaction. SMS consent is separate from participation on other messaging services.

Do not send passwords, one-time authentication codes, online-banking or brokerage-account credentials, payment-card security codes, private keys, recovery phrases, or other highly sensitive account information through a public webpage, general email, marketing text message, or public WhatsApp group.

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or receive eligible personal information in a portable format. Rights can vary by jurisdiction and may depend on statutory thresholds, exemptions, and the relationship involved.

Site preference control. Use Privacy Choices to set or clear the preference for separately identified optional measurement. That preference does not disable the required operational measurement used for site reliability and communications-link handling.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal, but no generally accepted standard defines how every website must respond to it. Global Privacy Control and the website controls available to visitors are described on the Privacy Choices page. Additional rights that may apply under U.S. state privacy laws are described below.

U.S. state privacy rights

This section applies only when a U.S. state privacy law covers MindBridge Business Academy and the relevant processing activity. Coverage may depend on statutory thresholds, exemptions, the type of information involved, and the relationship between the individual and the company. Inclusion of this section does not state that every listed law or right applies to every visitor.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have one or more of the following rights:

Confirm and access

Confirm whether personal data is processed and request access to eligible categories, specific information, or a copy where required.

Correct

Request correction of inaccurate personal data, taking into account the nature and purpose of the information.

Delete

Request deletion of eligible personal data, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and other permitted exceptions.

Portability

Request eligible personal data in a portable and readily usable format where the applicable law requires it.

Opt out

Opt out of a sale of personal data, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling when those activities occur and the applicable law provides that right.

Sensitive data

Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, or withdraw consent for sensitive data processing, where required by applicable law.

Third-party information

Request information about categories of recipients and, where a state law requires it, a list of specific third parties that received personal data.

Appeal and nondiscrimination

Appeal a denied request where state law provides an appeal right and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a valid privacy right.

California residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, a California resident may request information about categories and specific pieces of personal information, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

Universal privacy signals

Global Privacy Control and other browser-based choices are handled as described on the Privacy Choices page.

Authorized agents

Where state law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, the agent may use the same request channel. We may require signed authorization, proof of registration where applicable, direct confirmation from the consumer, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the agent's authority and protect personal data. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

Request review and appeal

We will respond within the period required by the applicable law after receiving a sufficiently verified request. If additional time is legally permitted and reasonably necessary, the requester will be informed as required. A response may deny or limit a request when an exemption applies, identity cannot be reasonably verified, the request would expose another person's information, or the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or otherwise not required by law.

If an applicable state law provides an appeal right, reply to the decision using the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the decision being challenged and the requested outcome. The appeal will be reviewed by a person or process separate from the initial decision when required. If an appeal is denied, the response will identify an available state regulator or complaint route where the law requires that information.

How to submit a state privacy request

Use the request process on the Privacy Choices page with the subject “State Privacy Request.” Include your state of residence and the right you want to exercise. The Contact Center provides the current request address and support route.

Security

Reasonable safeguards should be selected for the services and information involved. They may include encrypted transport, access controls, logging, software updates, provider review, backups, and incident-response procedures. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, active brokerage credentials, or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email or contact forms.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking market information and research content. It is not directed to children under the age protected by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child submitted personal information through this website may contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action where required.

Privacy requests, complaints, and appeals

Use Privacy Choices for the current request steps, verification expectations, and appeal route. Privacy questions may also be sent to Contact email. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, private keys, or complete financial-account details.
