Market Data & Third-Party Providers

This page explains the external services used to deliver market data, fonts, network functions, optional measurement, or communications links when those services are present on the website.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their inclusion does not mean they sponsor, endorse, regulate, audit, or guarantee this website.

Market data

TradingView

The website embeds a TradingView financial widget for direct, human-readable display. The widget is not a data feed owned by MindBridge Business Academy and is not a substitute for a broker, exchange, consolidated tape, or execution venue.

Provider terms and available market coverage control the widget.

Typography

Google Fonts

The selected typeface, Inter, is requested from the Google Fonts Web API so the main page and policy pages display consistently. The font request is separate from an authenticated Google account session.

Google states that the Google Fonts Web API does not set cookies. A font request can include an IP address, the requested URL, browser and operating-system headers, and the referring page. Google states that it does not use information collected through Google Fonts to create end-user profiles or serve targeted advertising.

Delivery and security

Hosting and network services

This website uses hosting, encrypted transport, caching, domain routing, and network security services to make content available and protect network requests. The providers supporting those functions may change over time.

Network providers normally process IP and request metadata.

Communications

WhatsApp and outbound links

When a user chooses an external communications link, the browser leaves this site and opens the destination provider. The provider applies its own account, device, privacy, and retention rules.

Verify the destination before joining a group or sending information.

Provider and function inventory

Provider or function Role Information involved Important limits
TradingView market widget Market-data display and financial visualization. Embedding page URL, widget type, displayed symbols, IP address, and technical request data. Data may be real time, delayed, end-of-day, unavailable, or changed according to exchange rights and provider rules. Provider terms and attribution apply.
Google Fonts Delivery of the typeface used by this website. IP address, requested resource, browser or operating-system headers, and referring page. Font delivery is controlled by Google and may change independently.
Hosting and network services Website delivery, routing, caching, security, and diagnostics. IP address, request headers, timestamps, routing information, and security or error logs. Provider identity and retention depend on the hosting and network services used by this website.
Operational measurement endpoint
configured first-party endpoint
Page-event collection, communications-link handling, reliability analysis, and aggregate operational reporting. Random visitor and session identifiers, page URL and query details, device category, browser language, time zone, user-agent information, IP-derived country, interaction context, and timestamps. Processing is governed by the configured production service and applicable agreements. Privacy Choices applies only to separately identified optional measurement features.
WhatsApp User-selected external communications destination. Information handled by WhatsApp after the destination opens, plus any limited source parameters permitted by the user’s measurement choice. WhatsApp controls its accounts, availability, privacy, and message processing under its own terms.

No separate third-party content-delivery service is identified in this notice. Standard internet infrastructure may still process technical request information when a page is requested.

Market-data status and delays

Data shown in a widget may be real time, delayed, end-of-day, indicative, adjusted, incomplete, or unavailable. Availability can differ by exchange, instrument, subscription, licensing arrangement, and provider rules. A paid TradingView account does not automatically make an embedded website widget real time; exchange rights and widget availability remain controlling.

Prices, percentage changes, index values, symbol names, session status, and chart history may be corrected or revised by the provider. Do not use the widget as the sole source for placing, canceling, confirming, valuing, reconciling, or settling a transaction.

Display-only use and attribution

The embedded TradingView content is used for direct, human-readable display. It should not be scraped, exported, repackaged, sublicensed, redistributed, used as an automated trading feed, used for order verification, or used in machine-driven decision systems unless the relevant provider and data owners expressly authorize that use.

TradingView attribution and provider branding should remain visible as designed. Removing attribution, obscuring provider notices, or presenting third-party data as proprietary company data may violate provider terms and mislead readers.

External links and provider responsibility

External providers control their accounts, availability, security, data, and policy changes. A link, widget, or provider name is included for functionality or reference and does not by itself mean the provider sponsors, endorses, regulates, audits, or guarantees this website.

Before relying on an external service, review the destination, account identity, current terms, privacy notice, data status, and any subscription or exchange permissions that apply.

Report a data or provider issue

Send the page URL, widget name, displayed symbol, approximate time, screenshot, and description to Contact email. A report may be referred to the provider. We may clarify the page or remove a broken component, but we cannot directly correct an exchange or provider’s underlying data system.
