Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to this website and its content.

Additional terms may apply to a specific product, service, enrollment, or transaction.

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to this website, its policy pages, and market research and analytical material made available through it. By using the site, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

A separate written agreement may contain additional terms for a specifically identified service. If that agreement conflicts with these general site Terms, the specific agreement controls for the activity it covers.

Website identity and current domain

These Terms apply to the website you are currently accessing, including the domain displayed in your browser address bar, its authorized subdomains, and related landing pages operated by MindBridge Business Academy.

The current website domain is this website. The domain used for an identified communications program may change for legitimate branding, security, or technical reasons. Any authorized replacement domain remains subject to these Terms when it clearly identifies MindBridge Business Academy and the same communications program. A domain change does not authorize unrelated senders, brands, or messages.

Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to use the site and must comply with the laws that apply to you. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. The site is not directed to a person who is prohibited by applicable law from receiving the content or using the relevant service.

Research and informational use

The site publishes investment research, data-informed analysis, structured market intelligence, and professional market perspectives developed through disciplined review of publicly available information. Account execution, custody, discretionary portfolio management, and regulated professional services require a separate written engagement with an appropriately authorized provider. Viewing a page or joining a communications channel does not create such an engagement.

You remain responsible for independent verification, suitability, risk assessment, and the use of a properly authorized broker or professional where appropriate.

No financial account access or custody

Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, private keys, seed phrases, remote-access credentials, or authorization to control a financial account. Do not send investment capital to a publishing channel or personal account. A legitimate payment for a clearly identified research publication or service, if offered, should be described through an authorized company channel with clear product and payment information.

Permitted use

You may view the site for personal research or internal informational purposes, save a reasonable number of pages for personal reference where technically permitted, and share ordinary links that preserve the original context and attribution.

Prohibited conduct

  • Use the site for fraud, impersonation, unlawful solicitation, market manipulation, harassment, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, bulk-download, mirror, or systematically extract content or third-party market data except as expressly permitted.
  • Remove attribution, copyright, trademark, risk, provider, or source notices.
  • Represent research material as an official broker order, regulator instruction, or guaranteed trading signal.
  • Interfere with security, availability, rate limits, access controls, or another user’s experience.
  • Use third-party market data for automated trading, order verification, redistribution, or another prohibited non-display purpose.

Intellectual property

Company-created text, design, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, widgets, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the site as described in these Terms.

Messages, feedback, and submissions

You retain ownership of original information you submit. You grant the company permission to use the submission as reasonably necessary to answer the request, investigate an issue, correct content, protect the service, or comply with law. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share.

Electronic communications

When you contact the company electronically, replies and notices may be sent to the address or channel you used. Operational replies, security notices, and responses to a request are distinct from promotional communications. Promotional email or text messages, if offered, require the consent and disclosures applicable to that specific program.

Text messaging terms

These Text Messaging Terms apply only when you have affirmatively enrolled in an identified SMS or MMS program operated by MindBridge Business Academy under the communications name disclosed when consent is requested. For the communications program described on this website, the disclosed communications name is this website.

By enrolling, you authorize us and the service providers acting on our behalf to send recurring messages to the mobile number you provide for the purposes disclosed when consent is obtained. Messages may include market research commentary, research-note notifications, service announcements, community updates, and links to content operated by us or to a clearly identified third-party communication service.

Program links may use the current domain or an authorized replacement as described under “Website identity and current domain.” A domain change does not expand the scope of your consent.

  • Voluntary consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a product, receiving general research content, creating an account, or using another service.
  • Frequency and cost. Message frequency may vary. MindBridge Business Academy does not charge a fee for these messages. Your wireless carrier may apply charges only if required by your own mobile service plan.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to withdraw consent from the applicable messaging program, or use another reasonable revocation method available under applicable law. After a valid request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message.
  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance or use the contact information on this website.
  • Number ownership. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number supplied and will notify us if it is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer used by you.
  • Delivery. Carriers and messaging providers are independent parties and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by filtering, network conditions, device compatibility, or service availability.

Consent is limited to the specific program and sender identified at enrollment. An opt-out from one program does not automatically unsubscribe a person from a separately enrolled email, WhatsApp, or other communications channel; each channel provides its own withdrawal method. We will not use another channel to evade a valid SMS opt-out.

Third-party services and links

Depending on the services used, this website may connect with the service providers needed to deliver a requested page or link. External services are governed by their own terms and policies. The company does not control their accounts, security, data, availability, or changes. An external link is provided for functionality or convenience and does not by itself constitute endorsement.

WhatsApp and third-party communication platforms

The website may provide optional links to independent communication platforms, including WhatsApp. A link does not mean that WhatsApp, Meta, a carrier, or another provider sponsors, endorses, verifies, or is affiliated with MindBridge Business Academy or the communications name displayed on this website.

We do not control a third-party platform's operation, security, availability, membership visibility, policies, or content. Use of a third-party platform is subject to the terms and privacy practices presented by that platform.

Membership in a communications group, community, channel, or list provides access to the stated research communications only. Any separate professional engagement, account service, or financial transaction requires its own documented terms.

Users may not alter, disguise, resell, impersonate, or misrepresent our invitation links or communications. Before proceeding, verify that a destination is an official WhatsApp domain or application environment. We do not request deposits, account access, passwords, verification codes, private keys, or recovery phrases through a public invitation page or public WhatsApp group.

Paid offerings, cancellations, and refunds

This website does not create a payment obligation unless a product, price, checkout, and payment route are clearly presented. Any paid research publication, membership, event, software access, or service is governed by the price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund, and access terms shown at checkout or in a separate written agreement.

Do not rely on a social or messaging post as the only source of payment terms. Keep the receipt and the specific terms presented at purchase. Where mandatory consumer law provides additional rights, those rights are not waived by this paragraph.

Availability and changes

The site, a feature, link, widget, publication, program, or communications channel may be changed, paused, replaced, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous availability, backward compatibility, uninterrupted access, or preservation of a particular page design or URL.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so part of this paragraph may not apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the company and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site, market movements, third-party data, external services, lost opportunities, account decisions, or unauthorized conduct by another person. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, costs, or losses arising from your unlawful use, infringement, impersonation, unauthorized redistribution, security interference, or breach of these Terms. This paragraph does not require a consumer to indemnify the company for the company’s own unlawful conduct.

Applicable law and disputes

These general website Terms do not designate an exclusive governing law, court, or arbitration forum. Applicable law and available forums depend on the relevant company entity, mandatory protections, the user’s location, and any separate written agreement. If a paid product, service, or other transaction uses a governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute clause, that clause will be presented in the applicable written agreement before it applies.

Before beginning formal proceedings, send a concise written complaint identifying the website domain, relevant activity, date, conduct at issue, prior response if any, and requested resolution. This informal review step does not limit rights or deadlines that cannot lawfully be waived.

General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver. The company may assign these Terms in connection with a legitimate reorganization, financing, or transfer of the relevant business. These Terms, the linked policies, and any specific written transaction terms form the applicable agreement for the activity they cover. Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.

Contact

Questions or complaints about these Terms may be sent to Contact email. Identify the website domain and the activity involved.

Privacy rights and state notices

Personal information practices and privacy rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices. Those pages include U.S. state privacy rights, request verification, authorized agent procedures, and appeal routes where applicable law requires them. These Terms do not reduce any nonwaivable privacy right.
