Entity and channel relationship
A domain-specific communications name may be used for market-context briefs, analytical notes, subscription notices, and administrative messages. The name does not create a separate company, investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, custodian, fund, exchange, bank, or portfolio manager.
A person should verify the current domain, the company identity, and the destination of any external link. A copied logo or similar name is not proof of authorization.
Business model
Research material may be made available without charge or may be connected with a separately described paid research publication, membership, event, software tool, or service. A price, billing frequency, renewal term, cancellation rule, refund rule, and access condition should be presented through an authorized channel before a payment obligation is created.
Access to a website or communications group does not create a managed account, trading mandate, deposit relationship, or entitlement to investment returns.
Sponsored, affiliate, and paid material
A standard technology, data, hosting, or communications-provider relationship is not a sponsorship. If a specific publication is sponsored, paid for, or connected to an affiliate relationship that could reasonably affect interpretation, the relationship should be disclosed near the material.
Compensation does not make a statement accurate. Sponsored or affiliate material should be reviewed for factual support and should not be presented as independent research when that description would be misleading.
Financial interests and conflicts
Authors, contributors, the company, or related persons may have financial, professional, or commercial interests connected with a topic. A material interest known at publication should be disclosed where reasonably necessary to understand the content.
A conflict disclosure does not eliminate the conflict. Readers should evaluate the evidence independently and should not assume that silence proves no interest exists.
Third-party data and platform relationships
Depending on the services used, this website may connect with the service providers needed to deliver a requested page or link. Use of a provider, widget, font, network service, or communications link does not by itself mean that the provider sponsors, endorses, audits, regulates, or guarantees the company or its material.
Provider terms, market-data permissions, delays, account rules, and privacy practices remain separately applicable.
Performance and outcome statements
A material performance statement should clearly distinguish actual from hypothetical or simulated results; gross from net results; audited from unaudited information; and analytical illustration from a client, account, or system result. It should identify the relevant period and material assumptions.
Policies should not be used to validate promotional figures that have not been independently verified. Readers should not infer a guarantee, audited history, regulator approval, or comparable future result from a testimonial, example, or model.
Testimonials and endorsements
A testimonial reflects the experience or statement of the person attributed to it and may not be representative. Compensation, selection, editing, relationship, or other material context should be disclosed where applicable. A testimonial is not independent evidence that a method will produce a similar result.
Publication labels and reader verification
Research, analysis, opinion, third-party data, sponsored material, and administrative communications should be identified according to their actual role. A label does not replace source review. Readers should examine the cited evidence, publication context, assumptions, conflicts, provider limitations, and any correction notice before relying on a statement.
When a material relationship cannot be confirmed from the page, the reader may request clarification through the Contact Center. The request should identify the page, statement, organization, provider, or compensation relationship in question. Sensitive account credentials or financial information should not be included.
Disclosure updates and questions
A disclosure should be updated when a material relationship changes or a previously omitted fact becomes relevant. Questions or concerns may be sent to Contact email with the page URL and the relationship or statement at issue.
