Response process

Messages may be acknowledged, routed, verified, investigated, and answered according to complexity and risk. We may request additional information when needed to identify records, verify identity, or understand the concern. Duplicate or abusive messages may slow or prevent review.

Urgent financial, safety, or legal matters

If money, account access, identity, or personal safety is at immediate risk, contact the bank, broker, payment provider, wallet provider, email provider, emergency service, or relevant authority that can take direct action. Do not rely solely on an ordinary support email.

Complaints and escalation

A complaint should identify what happened, the date, the policy or representation involved, previous responses, and the requested resolution. If the first response does not resolve the matter, reply and clearly request further review with any new supporting information.

SMS and messaging assistance

For assistance with an identified text-messaging program, reply HELP to the message or contact us using the published contact method on this page. To stop messages from that program, reply STOP or use another reasonable revocation method available under applicable law. We may send one confirmation that the opt-out was processed.

When contacting us, identify the communications name, approximate message date, and the last four digits of the receiving number where reasonably necessary. Do not send passwords, verification codes, financial-account credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, or full government identification numbers.

If you believe a text message is fraudulent, include the sender information, destination domain, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed.
